What Causes Red Dots On Upper Thigh?

Hello, I m a teenage boy. I have found small clusters of red pimple like dots on my upper thigh. Most are just red marks and few are pumps. One poped and light green puss came out. I have had these for a month or so. Do you have a idea what it is?p.s. Haven t felt any other symptoms other then they are itchy when interacting in sport or activity.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Red pimples on thigh with green colored pus oozing out from these lesions is suggestive of bacterial infection.
Green colored pus is seen in pseudomonas infection, which is a gram negative bacteria.
A clinical assessment of the red lesions is required to confirm or rule out infection.
Microbiological examination of the pus is required to look for infection and diagnose it.
In case the microbiological examination is positive for bacterial infection, drug sensitivity will be required to select most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infectious agent.

Thanks and take care
