What causes red dots on the tongue?

So i smoke weed almost everyday and i have notice that the tip if my tongue has all these little red dots like taste buds but really red. I looked under my tongue and my veins under my tongue are really dark. Then i notcied these little bumps that dont hurt or anything under my tongue an on the bottom. Then i noticed that the roof of my mouth in the soft area is yellow. Please help im scared to death an i am now not smoking weed from today on. HELP ME PLEASE

Hello, Thank you for consulting with HCM.
The red spots which you are mentioning can be the normal taste buds only, and even the veins are also normal.
But the yellow area which you are mentioning on the roof is because of smoking only called as smokers palate.
Better you should quit smoking.
