What Causes Red Dots Below Knees?

So, I have these red dots just below my knees I noticed them 2 days ago. In a way they look like zits (no white head though) and there is about 11 of them. I have only had 3 zits in my life so I don t think they are zits. Some are bigger than others but none are too big. What are they

The red spots below knees may be cherry angiomas. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough diagnosis of cherry angiomas and with your wish, he might remove by electrocautery under local anaesthesia. The lesions are benign, if you are not embarrassed, they may be kept untreated.
