What Causes Red Bumps On Wrist?

I have red bumps on my wrists and down onto my hands (mostly top side) and a few on the underside of my wrist. Some of the bumps look like they have little white spots in the center. The bumps are raised. I took a benadryl last night and it helped some but am not symptom free. What can this be? Do I need to see a doctor? Not particularly itchy.

Hi

The kind of skin lesions you have developed could be suggestive of an allergic reaction .
Such an allergic reaction at the wrist can occur due to wearing a watch or any such bracelet over the wrist to which the skin developed allergy .
Topical steroid application along with oral antihistamines are required in such cases.

See your nearby dermatologist for proper assessment and treatment .
