What Causes Red Bumps On Throat?

hello! i had a itchy troat more than 1 week and i turns into cough every night it worse bcoz it so itchy. and im so worried right now bcoz i notice small red bumps on my troat, its not painful. also i have small red dots on tounge its not painful also. also i notice 4 mons ago a hard bump on my upper mouth in the middle of palate it is not painful. but its really stressed me. i do breastfeeding for my 9 mons old baby girl. and i have 3 yr old son. is this cause of stress or depressed? i dont smoke and i dont drink alcohol. please give me some idea what going..thank you

At first instance it seems t be like you tonsil problem But need physical checkup.
I would advise you to visit your physician so that he can check and make the final diagnosis and treatment can be initiated.
Based on the symptom you have mentioned i am prescribing some homoeopathic medicine you can start as prescribed
