What Causes Red Bumps On Stomach?

Hi, I am 15 and a girl...I dont really have a medical history but im 5'4 and about 145 pounds.. I noticed that on the left side of my stomach im getting little red bumps going all the way up the side, and i have 2 on my stomach they dont itch. but theres a couple more each day....
