What Causes Red Bump Near Vaginal Hole?

hi one side of my vagina burns when i pee, and i looked and saw a small red bump near my vagina hole, i was given oral sex once a couple of years ago, and if its an STI why dont i have any bump on my lips as well, this just started a day ago my vagina doesnt itch, no foul odor, but when i pee it burns

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial infection . As you had oral sex years ago a STD is most unlikely. In such case i advise betadine ointment for local application. If there is severe pain and swelling then i advise oral antibiotics. You can use warm water or saline to wash the area which will give soothing from pain also. Hope this may help you.
