Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. It can be due to fungal infection like tinea corporis. For fungal infection if you were my patient I would recommend using ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone for local application.
