Hi my son is 2 years old an today I have noticed he keeps getting red bloches on his hands palms an wrist it doesn't see to bother him but within the last hour it's came back up an I've noticed its started coming up on his legs. He doesn't have a temp but he keeps lying down like he's tired

It may be mosquito bite.
Wash with soap & water.
Apply calamine.wait for 3 days it will subside its own.
You can give anti allergic syrup 'Benadryl' for itiching,
