What Causes Red Blisters And Itchy Skin?

hi i am 37 years indian women suddenly i noticed that on my back i have 1 spot red blister ,2 on my breast some on my upper arm but now i realize on back they are 4 in number on neck region pin like red spots on tummy pin like spot i have no problem on these spots some times i have itching on my skin but not on these spots ,what could be reason i am worried
