i have red and white spots that come and go on whole body. With this is a tingly feeling of the nervous system. I also have a tongue with white hair on it growing from the back to the front. this has been going on for more than 2 months. I have been tested negative for HIV and Hepatitis A.I got oral sex from a woman without using a condom. There are no visible infection or irritation in my pubic area. I have also increased my intake of vitamin B for the past 3 weeks. What is the most likely viral infection that could cause this?
