What Causes Red And Swollen Eyes?

My right eye is swollen and red and it hurts up underneath my eyelid. When i apply pressure to the eyelid it hurts pretty bad. also whenever I blink it hurts and kind of feels like the pain goes upward towards my forhead. is this just a sty or could it be something more.

it can be stuck foreign body. local examination by eye doctor is required. if there is forgeinbody it should be removed after applying topical anaesthesia it is removed it will have all-round improvement. antibiotic drop can be applied and analgesic like combiflam can be taken after food for5 days. swelling and pain will subside.
