What Causes Recurring Symptoms Of Fever Followed By Migraines?

HI... I am 26 years old man . Last 10 years I am suffering from migraine.. This is happening yearly one time only.(One week or two)..every year I notice the time that winter time.. I feel something before this migraine that cold, feeling like fever, etc.. After My nose will dry .then start migraine. Staring time it will come only one side. Then after spread. The pain is located across my forehead. Behind my eyes. Now I feel like starting.. I am in Dubai.(winter season)if it start I can t do anything. Can you help me?

Hello.
You should take simple paracetamol for headache if you have no active or previous liver issue.
if still no relief add either an nsaid like ibuprofen along with the paracetamol or use a triptan like sumitriptan orally.
