What Causes Recurring Swelling And Pain In Leg And Arms With Migraine?
I ave been in pain that comes and goes for more than 18months now u do not want prescriptions for pain so I am trying to figure this out with my Dr without it I ha e severe pain in my right leg with swelling/ bulges at times ,I have pain in my right arm that limits me being able to hold thing, I have migraines with numbness and tingling in my feet and hands all on the right side but the headache. I really am out of ideas of what to check for and it is affecting quality of life any ideas of test or other options of what to look for ?,I have done basic blood work with no real problems and a MIR for the headache normal

As per my clinical experience, the issue of multiple body site pain with swelling and headache do indicate non organic cause more likely. The most common possibility involves fibromyalgia condition with intermittent exacerbations via various issues. However, a detailed and comprehensive history with physical examination of all body systems are mandatory part of evaluation before coming to conclude list of differential diagnosis.
