General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
This is most probably acid-peptic disease.
You ave classical symptoms.
IT is well diagnosed by upper GI endoscopy.
Go for a proper diet and medicines- you will be fine:::
*Soft bland diet without oil and spices.
*Ranitidine 150 twice daily.
*Domperidone thrice daily.
*Antacid gel 3 tea-spoon-full every 3 hours, the first dose on getting up.
If you do not get relief within 1 week - go for upper GI Endoscopy and a consultation with Gastroenterologist.
