Hello,

Possible causes for recurrent sore throat is:
1. Post nasal discharge
2. Allergy due to pollen
3. Sinusitis
4. Poor immunity status
5. Incomplete recovery from infection

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Avoid air conditioned rooms. Get it done throat swab culture and sensitivity. Use tablet Amoxicillin and Clavulinic acid 625 mg for five days. Please review with reports or consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
