What Causes Recurring Itchy Blood Spot Under The Skin Around The Groin?

Hi im messaging to ask about a blood spot under the skin near my groin - where my underwear sits, i popped it a few weeks ago and for a while kept drawing more blood out of it till it was empty ... last night it got itchy and after itching it poped again and now there seems to be a hole in the middle of it- what do i do to fix this and what is it? thank you :)

It is possible that it may be a cyst. This is a sac that may collect fluid. It may become infected as well.

The whole may heal or its own within a month but if it does not or the area appears infected then you may need a course of antibiotics from your doctor.
Signs of infection include redness, increased pain, swelling, discharge, increased warmth.
