General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to be having two different conditions. The heartburn and abdominal cramps can be treated with omeprazole 20 mg 30 minutes before breakfast and eat frequent small meals.

As for the sore breasts and pink vaginal discharge please have a urinary pregnancy test. If the test is negative and the vaginal discharge lasts more than 10 days or recurs you will need a gynecological examination.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,
