General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This weird pimple over legs could be cystic acne which is one kind of boil,a soft tissue infection.

Boils are commonly due to bacterial infection (mostly staphylococcal) in a person with Problems with the immune system,Poor nutrition or Poor hygiene.

You should go for routine blood counts to rule out any bacterial infection.

You can take broad spectrum antibiotics like cephlaosporins or fluroquinolones under your doctor's advise.

Hence,It would be advisable that you consult dermatologist for complete medical history and proper diagnosis of the underlying cause.

Regards,
