What Causes Recurring Fever?
About 3 weeks of fever and no other symptoms in May. Recovered with no meds and all normal tests normal. Starting it June it happened again for about same amount of time. All tests at walk in clinic normal. Almost over it again. Tested for Valley Fever--normal. Live in AZ. A neighbor acted the same way for weeks and they found some meds for Prostateitis that worked.

From your description I am of the opinion that There may be some underlying infections which may not have been identified. Sometimes We start broad spectrum Antibiotics for these type of situations and they work. I want to ask about fever. Like is it accompanied by joint pains or generalised body pain? Any dysentery,cough,cold etc? Fever accompanied with chills? highest temperature? recurrent frequency and periods?These are some of the questions that may help to better diagnose.
