What Causes Recurring Bumps On Buttocks?

i have pimples/bumps over both bum cheeks and have for many years now. I have seen doctors about this before and have been on many antibiotics but neither prevent them from reoccurring once off them. They don t hurt but they are embarrassing and make it awkward to be intimate with my partner. Do you have any suggestions what it could be?

Hi,
Underlying cause of recurring bumps need to be found out.
Diabetes is one of the common cause for it. Other causes may be use of long term steroids or other immunodeficient state.
You need clinical examination and further evaluation.
Blood test like complete blood count, ESR, Oral glucose tolerance test, CRP, Antinuclear antibodies may be helpful.
Antibiotics used to treat bumps which are already present or it may prevent occurrence of bumps only for the period of antibiotic use but not after its use.

Hope this may be helpful to you, if so do vote.
