General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your exercise capacity might be decreased due to heart attack in which cardiac output reduced. However if you have dyspnea and loss of balance in resting position as well you need to investigate with Echocardiography for further work up. You need to consult cardiologist for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
