hello thank you for trusting HCM dear most possible causes for repeated attacks of cold is adrenal Fatigue,hypothyroidism,selenium Need,milk allergy,food allergies,high histamine weakened Immune System etc.. dear you have to be evaluated for seasonal allergy,post nasal drip,polyps etc.. avoid cool drinks and freeze water.water vapour inhalation. calcium, selenium,potacium,folate,iron,folic acid,b12deficincy may cause weakness so may be your doctor priscribed it. use tab.levocetrizine montelukast at night.drink plenty of liquids.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
