What Causes Recurring UTI?
I am having repeated uti having ecoli germs doctor gave me rapillif after which there was no bacteria in urine test but again some days ago I had fever and urine infection was detected after urine test now doctor has given me antibiotics all my test report is okay ..i am using a public toilet for some months at my workplace which is not so clean...within six months I had four uti ..what might be the cause

The most common cause of UTi is unhygeinic conditons.
In your case cause of your recurrent UTI is public washroom.
1- You should avoid it.
2- Maintain your proper hygeine.
3- Drink alot of water.
4- Complete your antibiotic course.
5- Take urine Alklynizers like citro soda or cran max sachet in one glass water twice a day.
