What Causes Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

I was first tested for UTI 3 weeks ago and was put on ciprol for 3 days. I felt fine and then after the antibiotic ran out the symptoms started to come back. I went and got tested again and it had come back. I got put on another antibiotic for another 3 days. Same thing happened....felt fine then went off and it came back. I was given an antibiotic for 10 days. I have been on it for 6 days and just today the symptoms started to come back and i noticed a white substance coming from my pee hole. I still have another 3 days left of antibiotic which I will take but I don't know why my symptoms are coming back plus this white substance when I am still on the antibiotic.

Well come to HCM
Re-occurant of urinary tract infection is very common phenomenon, underlying cause need to find out and this would be main cause of UTI, second urine culture sensitivity test would be necessary for right drug of choice and complete eradication of organisms, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, because UIT is more common in females, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
