What Causes Recurrent Small White Spots On Penis?

Tiny white spots on my penis. How to get them treated? Around 15 years back I noticed 4-5 white spots appear on the foreskin of my penis and over the course of time they grew all over my penis, but had were confined to that area. 5 years back I noticed similar spots appear on my back.These spots are 1mm in diameter and very slightly swollen. There is no pain, itching or any lack of sensation over them. I had tried bursting them, they release tiny watery fluid. Since it hasn t caused any major problems I could never muster the courage to visit a doctor for it before.

They might be Pearly Penile Papules. They are mostly white coloured and of 1-3mm size. The good news is that penile papules are absolutely nothing to worry about as they pose no health risks and will not cause any pain or irritation. In fact, they are very common, with an estimated 20% of the male population developing them. There is no known cause of PPP.
But one thing you should remember is that you should not pick them or try to squeeze them. If they are persistent , and if you want to remove them for cosmetological purpose , then only consult your dermatologist.
