Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I have been getting reoccurring outbreaks of what look like bug bites (but are not) for the last 12 years of my life. I have never been told the same thing twice by a doctor I showed photos to. The size of these can vary from smaller than a dime to larger than a quarter (maybe the size of a 50 cent piece). The only constant I notice is it happens during times of increasing heat and/or humidity. When scratched or agitated the sores can grow significantly in a short period of time. If agitated for too long they lose their reddish pink colored center and become an off-white color almost resembling a blister(note they do not feel as if filled with fluid). When I have a breakout they appear all over my body with little rhyme or reason. It does not show up in clusters, and does not resemble a rash. Anyone have any clue what this could be?
The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest you to use antihistamines daily. I also suggest you to use steroid cream daily. If you continue with the same symptoms you should do a consult with the dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
