General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having superficial bacterial skin infection as per history

If repeated occurance of lesion occurs over same place than inadequate drainage might be the reason

So if lesion like boil large enough than incision and drainage done along with antibiotic course to prevent recurrence

Over this bacterial lesions topical antibiotic cream can be applied

Take care

Rule out diabetes by random blood sugar estimation

Consult physician for examination

Hope your concern solved
