What Causes Recurrent Pimples And Dark Spots In Pubic Area?

when i was ten a whole bunch of little red rashes came and went on my pubic area in under 3 days. about a few days after that i started growing hair on my pubic area. i didnt know what was going on so i shaved alot. then the pimples started comeing back but this time not red but blackish/brownish (the color of my skin). when the pimples went away, the would leave noticeable dark spots. this has been happen for six years now. and now when i look at my pubic area i see a bunch of dark spots and some pimples. and something else i haven t went to the doctor in 10 years, and if i do i this an ok subject to discuss with the doctor?

Hello and welcome.

Please stop shaving the region; although I would not advise the same as shaving your pubic region has been found to be healthy in many different ways, but it is clear that for you this is not working out too well.

Either you wait till all your pimples/boils clear and only then shave or stop shaving all together. The cause could be a bad razor, poor hygiene, etc; but for now just stop shaving for a while.
