What Causes Recurrent Pain And Redness In The Eyes?

since Sept I have been on and off getting treated for my left eye red, swollen, throbbing pain to light, sun, and tv. Eye doctor gave me drops I take 4 times a day for a month soon as I stop the left eye gets red again with diarrhea. Blood test positive for ANA level 660 seen a rhemotologist order more blood work doc said nothing specific to shows up. Primary doctor has no clue why red eye, tearing and pain to light keeps coming back. any thoughts?
