Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms described by you are typical of Cervical Spondylosis, although you have not mentioned your age to me.

What I can suggest to you is to get an X-ray of cervical spine and undergo physiotherapy to strengthen your neck muscles and get relief of pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S Jeevannavar
