What causes recurrent itchy bumps on the hands, elbow and knees?

hi,I have bumps on my hands, elbows, and knees. I have experienced this now for a number of years; they bumps come and go, disappearing without any sort of treatment. Occasionally, they itch. Do you have any idea what this could be, or how I could treat it?

Hi.
As per your case history we need to get further details like -
What type of rash you have? Are they fluid filled or solid popular lesions? Do you have any seasonal exacerbation?
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid any kind of irritation at the affected part.
2. Apply a mid corticosteroid cream like betamethasone or mometasone cream.
3. Take tablet levocetrizine if itching occurs.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
