What Causes Recurrent Intermittent Intense Pain In Right Tragus?

For about a week notice had intense pain in my right tragus. It hurts to touch. When I push down on it, it amplifies the pain. I feel like there's drainage but nothing comes out. I've been treated for an ear infection twice over the past three months and it keeps coming back. I don't think it's an ear infection anymore but I don't know what to do. It's fine during the day but starts hurting at night.

Hello
i would advice you to visit ENT specialist for physical checkup. There may be possibility of infection. if not there may be some small tumor which radiates the pain towards the tragus.
It is not advisable to take medicine with investigation
If not treated well it may lead to some serious problem
Thanks
Dr Ratnesh
