What Causes Recurrent Fistula?
And quite a few surgeries on my fistula it keeps reoccurring I had surgery two weeks ago I went a few days ago into the office and she checked the track because it started becoming abscessed it is so abscessed right now I can t think of the pain is excruciating should I go to the ER

I wish to find out what type of fistula you have vesico-vaginal, recto-vaginal? It will be good you go to the emergency as you need to be examined. If the abscess has collected, drainage will be needed with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. If not quickly treated, it may cause your fistula to reoccur.
