General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fact that she is now complaining of vomiting and abdominal pain may signal that she can have gastroenteritis due to one of the common viral infections or it may indicate a more serious infection eg appendix etc (depending on the site of the pain)

It would be best to take her to her doctor for assessment.

Once the cause has been determined then treatment can be started.

I hope this helps
