What Causes Recurrent Fever After Strep Throat Recovery?

I got strep throat a few weeks ago and got a shot for it and started to feel better after a few days. After a few days pain in my throat pain came back and my body is aching and I keep having fevers that come and go. I went to the doctor today and they tested me for strep again to see if it came back and I didn t have strep. They also tested me for the flu and I didn t have it. They told me to take allergy medicine for it and I did but my fever keeps coming back and it didn t help the throat pain. What do you think I might have?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurrent fever after strep throat recovery which seems to be due to streptococcus infection persistence due to lower immunity of your body. Body has become more susceptible and prone to get infected with streptococcus which is a very common occurrence. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take Recofast plus capsule 3 times a day. Multivitamin rich in vitamin B. Jathrin tablet once daily. Take this course for 3 days you will be better. Do betadine gargles atleast 3 times a day.You need not to get them removed. Simply follow this and improve your general immunity. Take proper diet to boost immunity. Swelling of lymph nodes along with fever, yellowish sputum , difficulty in breathing all are possible symptoms. Visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done.
