Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can be because of anemia or hypoglycemia. I suggest you to first check your hemoglobin level and random blood sugar. Your blood pressure measurement also advisable. Otological examination should be done to rule out inner ear infection or other pathology. If no cause found than CT scan advisable. According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
