What Causes Recurrent Fainting And Urinary Incontinence?

A year ago I passed out while driving. Dr said probably from not eating & I should always carry a protein bar. I am not diabetic but do have low blood pressure. Male. 69 years old. Today I had a big breakfast but at 3 pm I passed out for 1 min. Peed myself. What s going on? &

Hello,

Possible neurologic lesion underlying with the systemic involvement of bladder giving urinary incontinence. An MRI brain with spinal cord evaluation is a must in the case to proceed further.
