What Causes Recurrent Constipation And Abdominal Pain While Having IBS?

I got diagnosed with IBS a year ago. I had colonoscopy, CT, Blood and stool testing done. Everything looked good. My initial complaint was constipation, and lower left abdominal, and rectal pain on left side. It has continued and I have the pains even when I m not constipated or after I have had a productive bowel movement. The pain radiates down my leg, knee and lower back. Left side. It comes and goes but seems to be getting progressively worse. Constipation still comes and goes. Pain seems to be much more than just usual IBS or constipation symptoms. It s a very strange unusual pains.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of forming the fissures because of constipation and it might be causing the pain, to relieve the constipation, have some fibber containing diet, drink more water, you can even try some stool softener and best would be Isabgol powder, local intra rectum lidocaine gel can be used for pain hope this information helps.
