Hi, what does it mean when you get frequent chills, then sweats, intense fatigue and sharp stomach pains? (This is my husband, who is on Xtandi for prostate cancer- could this be a side effect? He is also taking herbal supplements that are howieputting stress on his liver) -- Karen

Kindly mention since how long do you have these symptoms?

It can be mild gastritis probably viral cause that can lead stomach pain with chills.

Antacid like Omeprazole or Rabeprazole can be prescribed for that.

Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy foods, excess tea, coffee, smoking, stress etc.

If no improvement than USG scan done. Consult physician for examination.
