Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of acne spots, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
3. Apply a tretinoin 0.025 % gel once at night on acne and dark spots.
4. Other treatment options are oral isotretinoin, oral doxycyline and chemical peels done only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
