What Causes Rectal Bleeding While On Eliquis, Losartan, Metoprolol And Amiodarone?

I was put on eliquis,losartan,metoprolol,amiodarone for high blood pressure,atri fib fast heart rate & had pacemaker placed was on meds 3 weeks started bleeding from rectom doctors took me off eliquis had light put in throat found nothing had colonostomy found nothing came home continued meds started bleeding again whats goin on can these other 3 meds be making me bleed

As first-line management, you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy to rule out any tumors or bleeding piles.
