Hello doctor , I am 25 year old. Before some dayes i have lot of pain during pass the stool , and some bleeding also. Hello doctor, I am 25 year old. Before some days i have lot of pain during pass the stool , and some bleeding also, I am very scared about it , please suggest me what should i do , because i am very shy and can t be share it to any one, can we prevent it at home. Hi!
Your diet must be not containing enough of roughage/fibre which can cause hard stools and hence slight bleeding.take water 8-10 glasses atleast everyday.Donot strain whilst defecating.
Else You may be suffering local disease like anal fissure/piles which causes painful bleeding.See a doctor to rule out both.
