What Causes Rashes On The Stomach And In The Under Arms?

Hi I have a rash over my belly and breast and under arms. The rash is more aggressive on one side. It s not really itchy only a little bit but if I do scratch it it burns. It s not hives because I ve had those many times. And the rash does look like it has fluid in it but I ve been looking at all the pictures of shinings and mine doesn t look red like the picture. It started on Friday and it has gotten a lot bigger the rash has spread. And 2 days before the rash I was very sick high fever and vomiting. Does this sound like shing to u

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
A photo would be helpful to confirm the diagnosis.
I recommend you to use an anti-fungal cream and also anti-fungal oral medication.I also recommend to wash and dry frequently the area.
