What Causes Rashes On The Stomach And Buttocks Of A Toddler?
My 2 year old grandson has just broken out with large red welts on his belly, bum, groin and arm pits. His mom says he also has been breathing funny and developed a dry cough. I thought it sounds like an allergic reaction but to my knowledge, he s not had any unusual food. Thoughts?

hi...it could be an upper respiratory tract infection due to some virus...Epstein Barre virush can cause the similar presentation...please consult your physician and do the relevant investigations and examinations...Thank you
