What Causes Rashes On The Hands And Feet Along With Auditory Hallucinations?

In September 2016 my son was in Vietnam teaching developed a Ra s on hands and feet Then started symptoms is pycosis smelling gas paranoma hearing voices. From that day he has continued to get worse. Have done tox screen and varouis labs MRI and cat scan of brain all normal. Actions are normal in and out then depictions. Not sure what to do showing signs of bi polar etc. Not sure what to do. H

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is good to know that MRI, Scan & all the other screening tests were normal. For rashes give him antihistamines & calamine lotion to apply locally. Take care of hygiene, use antiseptic soap for bathing & clean all laundry with savlon or dettol mixed in water.Hallucinations are a common symptom of schizophrenia, it can be due to hereditary or environmental factors. You can visit a Psychiatrist. There are many drugs like cocaine, LSD, amphetamines, alcohol withdrawal that can cause hallucinations & lack of sleep. If your son has any kind of addiction just help him get out of it & he will get better.
