What Causes Rashes On The Face While On Celebrex And Prednisone?

i recently started taking Celebrex for knee arthritis. I am currently also taking methotrexate, prednisone, and other drugs for RA. My face has broken out in an acne-like rash rather suddenly. Having never had a blemish I am quite surprised and assume it is quick and serious reaction to food or drug. I have not introduced anything new to my diet and have ruled out most other new introductions such as soaps et al...... Is it possible that it is a reaction to the Celebrex after just a week or so? I should add that I do have approximately 3-4 glasses of wine per week......Thanks in advance for any help you may offer!!!

Acne is a side effect of Prednisolone.
Because this drug works by weakening the immune system, it may lower your ability to fight infections. 
Also methotrexate may give a rush that spreads at the face and upper body.
You should inform your doctor and he will evaluate the situation and decide to continue with this drugs or not.
