Hello,

As rashes are common in the limb having a fracture as the resting phase will disturb the vascular physiology.

Doing simple ankle toe movements and using the creams to keep the skin hydrated is advised.

Nothing to worry. Once you are advised for weight bearing to start exercising so the muscles become strong to hold the knee and don't allow more stress to be applied over the tibia and lead to pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
