What Causes Rashes On Cheeks, Neck And Chin?

I have a rash like thing going on on my face located on both cheeks, neck, and chin. I get redness, bumps that are sometimes pus filled and scaly. It itches and burns all the time. I am a 33 year old female. Could this be a form of cystic acne or eczema?

Hi,

Yes. It is a kind of cystic acne. Use Antiseptic cream like soframycine for local application on face and neck. wash your face with good herbal face-wash like Himalaya daily at bed time. You can take Azithromycine orally to cure underlying infection. Work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
