What Causes Rashes On Arms And Elbow?

I have a couple rashes on my arms. It started out in my elbow pits but I do have small spots up my arm to my hands too, and it just randomly appeared one morning. I work construction and i was to tired to shower the night before it showed up, if that helps. Do you know what it could be?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
